A Message from Dawn
“I’ve achieved many persons records, and after my accident, I decided to throw them all away and start over from where I was! I’m so happy I did! Each day you awaken to an opportunity to start over:)
For me, as a trainer and life coach, there is no pay or title that can EVER come close to the reward of seeing one of my clients, who struggled with confidence and weight issues, cross the finish line of a race, hands stretched out in a victory pose, with a smile and gleam in her eyes. Each person I am blessed to work with opens up new friendships and allows me to use my best talents in attaining the best life has to offer.”
“Dawn, you are leading, and inspiring us all through your words, and your actions. Steve Adams
“Thank you for helping me see miracles in every challenge!” Wilson
“Dawn, you shine your God given light everyday with all of us, love you!” Judy M
“You are beautiful inside and out Dawn!” Candace
28 marathons, 50 half-marathons & over 1,000 races, Dawn has managed first place wins in her division.
In 2006, Dawn was struck head-on by an SUV while running. Told she wouldn’t walk normally & never run again, she took the challenge with courage & determination. It was a two-year arduous journey, but Dawn was back running. She decided to give all but her marathon trophies away determined to prove herself again. She proceeded to do so, winning once again.
